I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were ready really early, very good, and containing all the prerequisites I needed. Everything was super clean, but the dining experience had a slight hiccup. The service, however, was exceptional and the location was just perfect for our holiday plans.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely large window and an excellent digital shower, priced competitively on the main street. The service, although encountering some TV issues, was overall friendly and obliging. Its incredible location, right on the market square in a very pleasant borders town, makes it ideal for various activities. The dining experience is delicious and plentiful, utilizing high-quality local produce. The facilities are well-maintained and convenient, making for an enjoyable stay.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, had issues with inconsistent heating and cleanliness. The staff, particularly Kayleigh, were friendly and helpful. The location offered peace despite being in the town center, and the dining experience was excellent. The patio could have looked better.
